Nick Robeson

Nick will talk through his experience of building successful teams, both in relation to his own businesses as an entrepreneur but also the organisations he and his team help on a day to day basis by filling key, strategic gaps in management competence through the provision of Interim Executives.

 

Nick Robeson is recognised as one of the leading figures in the Executive Recruitment industry. Following the sale of Alium Limited in 2010 he has recently launched Hemming Robeson, a next generation Interim Management business where, through the use of social network technology, Nick is harnessing the leading 1000 interim executives in the UK. The business provides Executive Resource to deliver business critical assignments at either Board or Head of Function Level, covering Leadership, Change Management, Crisis Management and Operational Performance Improvement.

 

Nick started his Interim Management career in 1997 and was headhunted in 2000 to start an Interim business on behalf of a major international Search business. In 2003 he led a management buy-out at Boyden and successfully rebranded to Alium Partners in 2008 before exiting that business last year. Recognised by his peers as an ambassador for the industry, Nick chaired the Interim Management Association from 2004-08.
