Neville is a professionally qualified, highly experienced management & training consultant specialising in: change management, project management, organisational development and human equity development interventions.

 

Neville set up Webb Associates in 1990 as a partnership providing deep, long-term consultancy services to a choice selection of blue chip companies. Since then he has run a wide range of interventions for a diverse client base worldwide and is most proud of the ground-breaking Work-Based Learning Programme he co-pioneered, designed and delivered as an internal Masters Degree for Bovis Construction accredited by Middlesex University (awarded a Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education).

 

As a management and training consultant with a background in construction management, Neville has developed an approach to learning which is both practical and dynamic. This, coupled with the skills and experience gained in using the outdoors as an effective training environment for managers, means that Neville brings a unique perspective to all learning and facilitated events.
