Life Orientations Ltd will be delivering an interactive session that will help you understand how to get the most out of yourself, your people, your suppliers and your customers and use your strengths to increase productivity and sales.

 

Jackie Grier is Manager of Lifo® in the UK. She has been a Lifo Licensee and master trainer for nearly 8 years and has worked on many one to one and group training programmes.

 

Jackie is a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor as well as being a qualified trainer and coach and has specialised in working with people and their relationships. She has used her understanding of the medical model of depression and medical interventions, to effect increased engagement and job satisfaction in corporate clients.

 

Jackie’s strength is in developing people to deliver results, whether to realise their own potential or to make their most effective contribution within a group. She believes passionately in enabling individuals to increase their own self-awareness, and appreciation of their capabilities. She has well developed consultancy, project management and organisational development skills combined with a strong strategic and commercial outlook.

 

Jackie is responsible for the delivery and evaluation of Lifo® training in the UK and Middle East including accreditation and Master trainer. Jackie has also spearheaded the development of parent coaching and stress management using Lifo®, in the UK.
