Iain has acquired a strong reputation for soft skills training in many industries over the past 16 years, combining a hands-on approach to training with staff of all types and levels with an in-depth understanding of what makes people tick and how they best learn.

 

He uses a lively and involving training style, within a robust and rigorous training design. Many of his greatest successes have come from his ability to translate management jargon and processes into understandable and palatable plain speaking. He uses graphics creatively and experiential learning to accelerate success.

 

As Director of Emerald Training and Development Ltd Iain’s experience extends to and includes Manufacturing, Transport (Rail and Road), Utilities (Water), and Hospitality, Financial Services, Housing and Local Government sectors. Iain is also a trainer and assessor of NVQs in Learning and Development.
