Gerard previously owned Business Growth Partnership Ltd which, from 2004 to 2010, ran the Business Growth and Development Programme (BGP) on behalf of Cranfield School of Management.  During that time, Gerard transformed BGP from a conventional and somewhat tired business school programme into a dynamic, focused development experience for ambitious owner managers which helps participants create the future they want for their business and themselves and achieve fantastic returns on their investment.  As a result, nearly 600 owner managers participated in BGP during that time, compared to about 500 in the previous 16 years, and BGP became firmly established as the UK’s leading programme for ambitious owner managers. 

 

Through Your Business Your Future, Gerard is making the approaches that he developed and refined during those six years available to many more owner managers, in partnership with Cass Business School.

 

Gerard is a high profile speaker, writer and media commentator on owner managers and their businesses.  Previously, Gerard was on the Cranfield faculty for 12 years and prior to that spent 10 years as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse.
