Beth has over twenty years’ experience in making change happen and making change stick, both as a consultant, a business executive and entrepreneur.In this time she has worked with companies of all sizes from micro businessesto blue chip corporates.Prior to setting up Making Change Stick, Beth worked for Nationwide Building Society as Head of Retail Strategy where she created a series of revolutionary changes achieving international recognition for her leadership. Along with retail and financial services, other industry experience includes legal services, the creative sector, wholesaling and professional services.  

 

Beth is also a passionate and inspirational speaker and has spoken at conferences around the world.
